Judgment About Books It Had to Be You (Weddings by Bella #3)
I didnt read the first two books in the Weddings by Bella series, but it was easy to understand and follow along with this book. It is a good stand-alone book, but would probably be better if you read the others first. There are many things I like about this book. The Christian values, the close-knit family ties, friendship, joy and happiness. This book tells us that we are important and worthwhile even when we ourselves dont think so. We dont need to try and prove we are a great person. Just

This book was cheesy, really cheesy. There were some cute and funny lines and I smiled a number of times. Not enough to compensate for the negative thoughts though. It was overly "christian". When Bella was angry, "She thought, 'God I've stepped out from under your anointing.'" I tired of those types of phrases early. When the family was in the middle of "World War 3" (grossly cliche`), Bella tells her fiance, "The worst part is we've lost our witness." Annoying!!The drama was unrealistic, the

I am writing this review with a touch of sadness because now, the Weddings by Bella series is over. That is indeed a sad occasion, but I have enjoyed every minute of it from the very beginning. It Had to Be You is a fitting ending to the series. There is so much joy and happiness in this story. It provides a wonderful reminder of the joys of family during times of struggle and celebration. The Rossi family, well, and the Neeley family, are both families I would love to know in real life. This

It Had To Be You, book three in the "Weddings By Bella" series arrived at the right time in my life. I was looking for something fun, light and well, happy, to read in the midst of a stressful week.Janice Thompson's book - the second I've had a chance to read/review - did not disappoint me. This book picks up shortly after the end of book two - Swinging on A Star.It re-introduced me to a fun cast of characters including Lazarro and Rosa, along with bringing a few new characters - such as Bella's

Light Hearted FunThis was yet another fun read in the Wedding By Bella series. Once more, I enjoyed the bantering between characters and the humor. This is a series a revisit whenever I am in the need of something I can read without much thought or worry.

I had a hard time getting through this book. I continued to the end to see where the storyline went but the Christianity seemed forced in too many places that it was not needed.

It Had to be You was a nice ending to a fantastic series. It wasn't as packed with comical tragedy and zany situations as the first two books, so the pacing was a bit slower. It had some great "old people" humor and Bella was her usual lovable self. DJ was pretty amazing, too. This was not my favorite in the series, though. I'd have to say my fav was the second book, probably because this one dealt with wrapping up details more and winding down the series, so my emotions weren't as engaged in
