Take My Heart here by JJ Sorel is a book to read when its snowing outside and youre in need of something to cuddle with and to sate your need for warmth. Well, thats what I got from this book as I was taking in its steamy plot and irresistible characters. We have the heroine as a woman in her twenties by the name Ava Rose who gets invited to her best friend Cassies boyfriends party at his home. Ava has her own stud muffin by the name of Justin who is a cousin of Cassies boyfriend. Well, the5 amazing stars!Im happy I went into the story blind, I normally read a few reviews before I read a book but Im glad I didnt this time. I was expecting a fluffy cheesy read but this book is neither. It has depth and it touches your soul. This a story about Ava who works for a funny foul mouth woman full of mysteries and secrets and a newly released from prison Bronson, Bronson is on a revenge rampage and unfortunately for the voluptuous Ava: shes on his revenge list. I really needed a pick me up
I HATE leaving reviews like thisEven when I don't enjoy a book, I usually leave five star reviews. I couldn't for this book. As much as I loved Bron, Ava was SO irritating, she completely distracted me. I can't stand pious people, and her self righteousness ruined the book for me. Loved it!The story was kind of fast paced and kept you turning the pages to see what happened next.I wish there was some more to the ending but maybe that's because I didn't want it to be over.I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and gave an honest review.

3.5 stars - and the extra .5 stars is simply due to Aggie. Feisty, outspoken, raunchy, haughty Aggie! This is the story of Ava, who is in a "relationship" with Justin. Justin is an ass and Ava is really naive and lackadaisical about ending the relationship. He is obnoxious, mean-spirited and a bit abusive.
