Between the Lives
All Sabine really wants is the chance to live only one life. But when this finally becomes possible, is she willing to risk everything - including losing the one person who might actually believe her - to make it happen?
Sometimes, just sometimes, I randomly pick a book off the shelf at the library. Sometimes I haven't even heard of the book - or the author. And sometimes, it turns out to be a 5 star read! This is one of those times.Classed as YA, but I found it in the general fiction section. Trigger warnings: self harm, vomit, mental health, assault, cancer, death of a loved one. I have literally had like a dozen students tell me to read this over the past two years. In the other, Sabine's family struggles financially, and her friends are considered rebels. But then she meets Ethan.
