The Revenge, the second book by M.S Matassa is a great continuation from the first novel which I loved. I was excited when I found out that this book had been written. The second Well House book revisits the Carson family nearly two decades after Ben Carson entered a dark, supernatural world to save his wife and unborn child from the forces of evil. Ben may have triumphed over evil the first time around, but 17 years is long enough to wait for revenge. Evil is back, and has its sight's set on destroying Ben once and for all.I wouldn't say it was really that important to read the first instalment before The Well House 2 as you get recaps when necessary and

A genuine spine-tingler,if the authors aim was to raise the hairs on the back of my neck then he succeeded! With a succinct plot, you really get the sense of evil that pervades the story. The characters are astutely realised and theres always a lingering sense of dread as the events continue to unfold. Sometimes horror stories seemed to be turned out by rote as though writing to a formula, but what sets The Well House 2 apart is the way the author manages to manifest the distressing nature of
After reading Matassas first novel there was no way I was missing out on the next book one so I quickly moved on to read The Revenge. Like the first, this book had me captivated and in real suspense. Larger than life characters, some clever plot twists all put together with incredible imagination. Colour me impressed, and I cant wait to see where his creative storytelling will take me next.

A clever plot with some of the same likeable characters, again this is a fast paced book that kept me keep on the edge of my seat! I really got immersed in this story and felt the horror and the shock
I loved the first novel in 'The Well House' series, so moved pretty quickly onto the second book, entitled 'The Revenge'. The plot takes place 17 years after the first novel, which followed Ben Carson's triumph against evil to save his wife and unborn daughter. In the 17 years that have passed, the Carson family has enjoyed a wonderful life, but evil is back for them. Ben will once again have to take another terrifying journey through the dark, encountering dangerous creatures and the forces of
